Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment A non-refundable retainer is required to secure the event date. Remaining balance is due prior to the event. Dates are not held without payment. 2. Space & Power Requirements Client agrees to provide a minimum 6ft x 6ft space and access to a standard power outlet within 10 feet of setup location. 3. Liability for Damage Client assumes responsibility for damage caused by guests, venue staff, or unsafe conditions. Repair or replacement costs will be invoiced if necessary. 4. Weather Policy Outdoor setups require overhead coverage and safe weather conditions. Provider reserves the right to suspend operation due to unsafe conditions. 5. Minor Photo Release Client confirms they are the parent/legal guardian of minors photographed or have obtained proper consent. Client grants permission for minors to participate in the photo booth experience. 6. Model Release (Optional Marketing Use) Client may grant permission for images to be used for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes. No compensation is provided for such usage. 7. Cancellations & Rescheduling Retainers are non-refundable. One reschedule may be permitted based on availability with adequate notice.
