Welcome to Simply Zev Photography (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using simplyzev.com (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Services

Simply Zev provides photography services, digital products (such as presets and downloads), and physical products (such as prints and merchandise). Specific details, pricing, and service terms are provided at the time of booking or purchase.

2. Booking & Payments

All photography session bookings require a non-refundable retainer to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due by the date specified in your invoice or contract.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your session.
Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout or in your invoice.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made by the client will result in forfeiture of the retainer.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 2 days prior to the scheduled session.
If Simply Zev must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund of payments made.

4. Copyright & Usage Rights

All photographs remain the copyrighted property of Simply Zev Photography.
Clients are granted a personal use license to print, share, and display images.
Commercial use, resale, or editing of images without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Simply Zev reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the session.

5. Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital goods (such as Lightroom presets or digital prints), all sales are final and non-refundable.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their device/software before purchase.

6. Physical Products & Shipping

For physical products (prints, merchandise, or keepsake items), estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Simply Zev is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide quality services and products, Simply Zev shall not be held liable for any damages, data loss, or consequential losses related to the use of our services.
In any case, liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

Simply Zev reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
