Each session is 30 minutes and includes a private online gallery of beautifully captured images from your shoot. Terms & Conditions
By booking a session with Zevelan Buchanan of Simply Zev, LLC, the client agrees that the photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images unless otherwise stated in writing. A non-refundable $25 retainer is required at booking, with the remaining balance due before the session. Clients are responsible for any location fees and travel costs beyond 10 miles of Hampton, GA. Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice; cancellations result in forfeited fees. The photographer is not liable for injuries, lost files after six months, or damage to delivered products. Images may not be copied, altered, sold, or used commercially without permission, and unauthorized use will incur charges. Clients grant the photographer the right to use images for advertising and portfolio purposes. Sessions start on time, and no outside cameras are allowed. By booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms. Cancellation Policy: If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule their session one time at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should client fail to give 24 hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot, this session fee is forfeited and will not be refunded. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond her control.
